The Safeway store on Bainbridge Island has joined the ranks of retailers where ORCA cardholders can add passes or e-purse value to their ORCA card. Passes or value added in person at an ORCA retailer is available for immediate use. Passes or value added online or by phone (888-988-6722) will show up on your ORCA card within 24-48 hours. The ORCA card can only be used for passenger fares with WSF. We hope you find this new retail site a convenience when you add product or purse. Dont have a ORCA card yet?
